Olli Raudus is a Co-Founder and CEO of All Hats, a game studio focusing on creating branded Experiences on Roblox. In addition to the client projects, All Hats specializes in developing MMORPG games for future generations.
All Hats has developed several large-scale Roblox experiences in collaboration with Finland’s national broadcasting company Yle, including Linnan Juhlat Robloxissa (2023, 2024) and UMK x Galaxi. UMK is Finland’s national Eurovision selection program, and Galaxi is Yle’s long-running children’s TV show. The studio also created K-Market Kiusaamisvapaa, a branded anti-bullying experience for K-Market, a major Finnish supermarket chain. In addition to client work, All Hats is developing its own MMORPG, Caskadia.
Olli has extensive experience in game development, wearing all hats in his day-to-day work, including running the company, game design, production and UI/UX design. Prior to founding All Hats, he co-founded two mobile game companies, Skunkworks and LunarByte, which give him a unique perspective when creating games on Roblox.
Roblox has grown from a niche platform into one of the largest creative spaces in entertainment. In this session, Olli Raudus examines what drives that scale: accessible creation tools, a global community, and integrated publishing and monetisation systems. He also outlines how Roblox differs from traditional game engines and why understanding the platform’s strengths and workflows can be valuable — even for developers who may not plan to build on it themselves.
